We Can't Do It Without You

Support Our Conference!

In less than two weeks, the US Campaign will be holding its 12th Annual National Organizers' Conference. With the threat of a military strike against war-torn Syria, the start of yet another round of futile Israeli-Palestinians negotiations, and the worsening of the situation in Egypt, the urgency of changing US policy in the Middle East has never been more pronounced.

Since our first gathering in 2002, our conference has been an opportunity for activists from across the country to come together for networking and strategizing around changing US policy and ending U.S. institutional support for Israeli occupation and apartheid. We have adopted numerous important resolutions at past conferences that laid the foundation for our work today:

  • In 2005, we endorsed the Caterpillar campaign in response to the Palestinian civil society call for boycott, divestment, and sanctions (BDS).
  • In 2006, we adopted the language of apartheid and Jim Crow segregation in describing Israeli policies towards Palestinians.
  • In 2009, we supported academic and cultural boycott.

We have celebrated plenty of BDS wins and accomplishments in our past conferences. We have also honored activists and groups who have demonstrated their commitment to peace and justice through their work to change U.S. policy to support human rights, international law, and equality. We have used every conference to renew our commitment to Palestinian rights and to discuss how we can achieve our mission through educational efforts, BDS campaigns, and organizing to end U.S. military aid to Israel.

I am writing to you because we need your help to achieve our mission.
Will you donate $120 today - $10 for every year the US Campaign has been working for freedom, equality, and justice- to help make sure our conference is once again a time for strengthening our coalition?

This year's conference will feature keynote speakers, panel discussions and 20 workshops, giving activists an opportunity to share skills with one another and network with those working on similar campaigns. Attendees will be able to engage in serious discussions about solidarity work and bringing together Palestine activism with other movements for social justice, as well as how their local work connects to national efforts to bring about real policy change.

We need you to help make our conference a success! If you donate $120 or more, you will receive a signed copy of our National Advocacy Director Josh Ruebner's new book Shattered Hopes: Obama's Failure to Broker Israeli-Palestinian Peace

Our coalition now comprises more than 400 member groups, with more and more people wanting to organize for change. As we continue to grow and effect positive change, please consider supporting our work for Palestinian rights.
