Phew…I just arrived back at our D.C. office last week after an exhilarating 50-event, 15-state fall speaking tour for my new book Shattered Hopes: Obama’s Failure to Broker Israeli-Palestinian Peace

After talking with thousands of Americans at high schools, universities, book stores, libraries, religious institutions and conferences, I’m more convinced than ever that there is a groundswell of sentiment for ending our country’s support for Israeli military occupation and apartheid policies toward Palestinians, and changing U.S. policy to support human rights, international law and equality.

But we've still got a lot of work to do and there are many people we still need to reach. Are you interested in bringing me to your community in the spring to help raise awareness and organize people? If so, please let me know.

  Pasadena, CA. October 2013.
You can read testimonials about my book and talk from people such as Father John Conrad, of All Saints’ Episcopal Church in Riverside, CA, who said: “I have lead over 20 Christian pilgrimages to Israel and Palestine in the last 15 years.  I never understood the compromised position of the United States until I heard Mr. Ruebner speak and read his book. It was excellent and enlightening.”

For a limited time, for every $75 you donate to support the US Campaign to End the Israeli Occupation, I'll send you a personally inscribed copy of my book.

You can even have them inscribed to others for holiday gifts, so donate $150 and get one copy for yourself and another for a friend. But be sure to donate by Wednesday, December 11 so that we can get you your copy in time for Christmas.

Find out why Foreign Policy in Focus called Shattered Hopes “Accessible and engaging…It’s a biting critique,” why Tikkun dubbed it “a stinging indictment of the absurdity of the Obama administration’s failed peace process,” and why Al-Shabaka director Nadia Hijab deemed it “an essential contribution to the subject” by making your donation today.

You can read more reviews here and check out some videos of book presentations here or click on the picture below.

Thank you so much for your support for the US Campaign to End the Israeli Occupation, and I look forward to sending you an inscribed copy of Shattered Hopes.

All the best,

Josh Ruebner
National Advocacy Director

P.S. Don’t forget to let me know if you’re interested in organizing a book tour event in your community this spring.
