We Can't Thank You Enough

January 25th, 2014

We're Humbled By Your Generosity

In partnership with supporters like you and organizations across the country, we have been able to accomplish a lot over the last year, and we wanted to take a moment to thank you - for everything.

For your generous contributions, your creative BDS campaigns, your calls, emails, and visits to policymakers, your participation in protests and signatures on petitions. Every bit of it mattered, and we can't thank you enough.

With your generous support this past December, we were able to raise $141,939, almost triple our initial goal of $50,000.

The hard work of activists across the country certainly hasn't gone unnoticed. We started the year off challenging Scarlett Johansson's decision to become the Global Brand Ambassador for occupation profiteer SodaStream. The campaign has generated a media firestorm and prompted Oxfam to share their concern that companies like SodaStream "further the ongoing poverty and denial of rights of the Palestinian communities that we work to support. Oxfam is opposed to all trade from Israeli settlements, which are illegal under international law."

Your generous support and tireless activism over the last year have helped put SodaStream and other corporations on notice. When it comes to holding accountable companies that profit from Israel's occupation, civil society is succeeding where our government has long failed

Thanks to your support, we can move full speed ahead with boycott, divestment, and sanctions (BDS) campaigns in 2014. During the coming months, activists across the country will continue bursting SodaStream's bubble, organize events for Israeli Apartheid Week, and call on Ben and Jerry's to end its complicity in Israel's occupation.

We're also planning a number of campaigns to educate and pressure lawmakers. We'll be supporting Adalah's efforts to hold a congressional briefing about the Prawer Plan, continuing to challenge AIPAC's effort to codify Israel's discriminatory policies into U.S. law, and calling on Members of Congress to hold Israel accountable for the deadly misuse of U.S.-supplied tear gas against Palestinian demonstrators.

This work is only possible because the generous support and tireless activism of people like you, and for that, we can't thank you enough.

Sincere thanks for making this work possible.
